After an extensive career at one of Australia’s major retailers which culminated in a Global Operations role, Carys relocated to Marlborough from Melbourne to start a new adventure and lifestyle as a mother. Joining our business in September 2018, Carys’ first project was to transition the agency to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to assist the Sales team build on their already high standard of service to their customers and clients. It didn’t take long for Carys to feel welcome within the fun, supportive team culture.
Working alongside the Salespeople and Property Managers within the marketing, finance and administration teams means every day is different, fast paced and exciting. Being able to contribute across these areas and exercise her continuous improvement skill set means every day is rewarding for Carys, working with her team being a “highlight in establishing herself in Marlborough.”
