Hannah Green

A career in Real Estate wasn’t always the goal for Hannah, who originally had dreams to join the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Raised here in Marlborough, and the second of eight siblings, Hannah is big on family and starting her own came before she could get going with her career.

Unbeknownst to her, this move set the wheels in motion for a career in Real Estate with husband, Simon, some 10 years later, after a stint as his PA led her to gain her own Real Estate licence in 2020.

She brings a knack for systems and organisation to the team, loves working with people and has an eye for detail which also lends itself well to her love of interior design.

Hannah grew up with strong values and has fond memories of exploring Marlborough with her family, both aspects of her childhood she is now working hard to pass on.

Despite briefly leaving Marlborough following school, Hannah knew the region was the perfect place to raise her own family. She and Simon encourage an active lifestyle for their sons and Hannah has been known to put on her “coach” hat for their team sports over the years.

During the summer months, the family spends most weekends outdoors at the region’s beaches, camping, enjoying barbecues, swimming, surfing and paddle boarding.

Year round, their weekends are filled passing time at local parks and skateparks on their longboards and skateboards and on Sunday mornings you’ll often find them at Elim Church.

Amid the chaos of raising four boys, Hannah is the provider of order for the family and is proud of the compassionate boys she and Simon have raised.

With the kids now in school and kindergarten, Hannah is enjoying pouring her energy into her latest passion; helping people find their dream homes.
