These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ray White Blenheim & Picton “Appraisal Giveaway” competition (the “Competition”). By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Instep Real Estate Limited – Licensed Agent (REAA 2008).
2. Competition Period
The Competition commences at 9:00am on Friday 17th October 2025 and closes at 5:00pm on Sunday 14th December 2025. No entries will be accepted after the closing time.
3. Eligibility
a. To be eligible, entrants must be the legal owner of the property for which the appraisal is conducted.
b. The property must be located within the Ray White Blenheim & Picton service area.
d. Employees, Directors, and their immediate families of Ray White Blenheim & Picton, Ray White New Zealand, or any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
a. To enter, an eligible person must complete the following actions during the Competition Period:
i). Book and complete a property appraisal with a Ray White Blenheim & Picton Sales Consultant.
b. Only one entry is permitted per property appraisal. Multiple appraisals on the same property will not be accepted..
c. The appraisal must be genuine and on a residential property that the entrant owns. The Promoter reserves the right to verify property ownership.
5. The Prize
a. There is 1 (one) prize to be won. The prize consists of a $500 Christmas Giveaway Hamper, plus $250 cash to be donated to the local Charity of your choice. The promoter will pay the $250 donation directly to the charity of your choice.
b. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other goods or services.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
a. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
b. The draw will take place on Monday 15th December 2025, at Ray White Blenheim Office, 64 Queen Street, Blenheim
c. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
d. The winner must claim their prize within 14 business days of being notified. If a prize is not claimed within this period, a re-draw will take place.
7. General
a. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who provides false information, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner.
c. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with the Competition, without any further compensation.
d. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with this Competition or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
e. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
f. The information collected from entrants will not be shared with any third parties without prior consent.
