Terms and Conditions.

1. The cashback offer runs from 1st February 2026 until 1st May 2026.
2. The cashback offer is open to New Zealand residents only with a registered property located within the Marlborough District, South Island, New Zealand.
3. A ‘property’ under these terms and conditions is defined as a residential or lifestyle property with an address in the Marlborough area or surrounds.
4. The listing and sale of the property must be made by Arita Hughes to be eligible
5. In the event that another salesperson from Ray White, or another agency, brings on a buyer and sells the property, a lesser bonus amount of $650 will be granted instead of the full $1000.
6. The vendor must mention this offer to Arita Hughes at the time of signing up to be eligible for this offer.
7. The vendor will be eligible for the $1,000 when the property sale becomes unconditional. (The unconditional date can be after the 1st May 2026.)
8. This cashback program is not open to Employees, Directors or Salespeople of Ray White Blenheim and Ray White Picton and their subsidiaries, or their immediate family members.
9. The $1,000 is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for other products.
10. Arita Hughes reserves the right to verify the validity of the listing. Listings deemed to not comply with these terms and conditions may be accepted or rejected at Arita’s absolute discretion.
11. The listing property must be listed for sale exclusively with Arita Hughes within the above time frame, and to be eligible to receive the $1,000, you accept these terms and conditions.
