Marquee Hire

Does your event need shade or additional shelter?

At Ray White Blenheim and Picton we love to support our community and offer the hire of our marquee to help make your event the best it can be.

To hire the marquee please be aware of the following:

• The marquee is 16.4m long x 10.40m wide
• A $200 refundable bond is required for any hire of the marquee to cover any potential damage, unless otherwise agreed with Ray White Blenheim
• The bond is refunded once the marquee is returned in the condition it left Ray White Blenheim. Any damages will be charged accordingly
• Payment of the bond must be made 7 days prior to hire of the marquee, unless otherwise arranged
• Hire is for the marquee only. Please arrange able-bodied people to help collect and put the marquee up, unless otherwise agreed
• Due to the size and weight of the marquee, it requires strength to put up and take down
• Collection and drop off is between our office hours of 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday

As the marquee has been manufactured for use as a temporary structure and the weather can be unpredictable, we ask that you keep an eye on the weather and marquee during your event and take the marquee down if needed.

The borrower shall assume all risks and liabilities for, and in respect of, the Equipment and for all injuries to or deaths of persons and any damage to property howsoever arising from the borrower’s possession, use, maintenance, repair, storage or transport of the Marquee.
