1. The $1000 gift card offer runs from 1st May 2026 until 31st of July 2026
2. The $1000 gift card is provided in the form of a Prezzy Gift Card
3. The $1000 gift card offer is open to New Zealand residents only within the Marlborough District, South Island, New Zealand.
4. A ‘property’ under these terms and conditions is defined as a residential or lifestyle property with an address in the Marlborough area or surrounds
5. To be eligible for the promotion, you must refer a friend or family member and they must list and sell their property with Phani Jaksani at Ray White Blenheim
6. The referrer must mention this offer to Phani Jaksani at the time of referring their friend/family member
7. The referrer will be eligible for the $1000 gift card when the property sale of the person they have referred becomes unconditional (the unconditional date can be after the 31st of July 2026)
8. This voucher is not open to Employees, Directors or Salespeople of Ray White Blenheim and Ray White Picton and their subsidiaries, or their immediate family members
9. The $1000 gift card is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for other products
10. Phani Jaksani reserves the right to verify the validity of the listing. Listings deemed to not comply with these terms and conditions may be accepted or rejected at Phani Jaksani’s absolute discretion
11. For the referrer to be eligible to receive the $1000 gift voucher, the resulting listed property must be listed for sale exclusively with Phani Jaksani within the above time frame, and you accept these terms and conditions
