1. Book a free, no-obligation property appraisal with Arita Hughes on or before 23rd December 2026. 
2. Have the property appraisal completed by Arita Hughes prior to the promotion closing date. 
3. Upon completion of the appraisal, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Detailed Terms & Conditions 

1. Promotion & Promoter 

This promotion is administered by Arita Hughes (Licensee Salesperson) on behalf of Instep Real Estate Limited, trading as Ray White Blenheim & Picton (Licensed REAA 2008). By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility Criteria 

Entry is open to natural persons who meet all of the following requirements: 

• Entrants must be the registered legal owner, official executor, or legal trustee of the property being appraised. 
• The property being appraised must be physically located within the Blenheim or Picton local boundaries. 
• The property appraisal must be booked and conducted in person with Arita Hughes prior to 11:59 PM on 23rd December 2026. 
• Exclusions: Employees of Ray White New Zealand, Ray White Blenheim & Picton, or Instep Real Estate Limited are ineligible to enter. 

3. Entry Limitations 

• Only one (1) entry per eligible property appraisal is permitted. 
• Multiple property owners of a single property will receive one joint entry. ● The appraisal is strictly free with no obligation to list or sell the property. 

4. Prize Description 

• The Prize: One (1) $500 NZD Grocery Voucher. 
• Selection: The winner may choose their preferred major supermarket operating within the Marlborough district (e.g., New World, PAK’nSAVE, Countdown / Woolworths). ● Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other property services. 

5. Winner Selection & Notification 

• The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted within fourteen (14) days following the campaign closing date. 
• The winner will be contacted directly via the phone number or email address provided during the appraisal booking. 
• If reasonable efforts to contact the drawn winner within five (5) working days are unsuccessful, the promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner under the same terms.

6. Privacy & Personal Information 

• Contact details collected during this promotion are held securely by Ray White Blenheim & Picton to administer the promotion and communicate regarding real estate services. ● Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal details at any time by contacting Ray White Blenheim. 
• Prize winners agree to make themselves reasonably available for publicity photos without financial compensation.
